The entrance fee is subject to change depending on the event.
No outside alcohol allowed
Our capacity is 300 people and 160 people seated.
On the third floor with have a Funktion One Sound System and on the roof we can provide self powered speakers. In addition we have Pioneer and Allen & Heath dj equipment. If you are using our sound system you will need to come in for a sound check the week before your event.
Our space is filled with abundant day light with north, east and west facing large windows. Included in the rental are ceiling and uplighting If you would like to use our LED Dance floor and/or our lighting system there will be an additional fee.

We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating; you may use the vendors of your choice. However, all liquor needs to go through Bogart House.
Yes, we have a full kitchen and bbq that can be used for an additional fee.
There is no parking garage onsite, however there is usually ample parking daily after 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays during the day.
Any furniture needed to be moved will incur a charge.
Bogart House must have all items used during the event day removed from the venue by the end of the contract time.
There are 5 restrooms on the third floor and 4 restrooms on the roof. If more than one floor of restrooms is needed than the additional floor must be rented in order to use those restrooms.
